How can i change my order?

if you have changed your mind, contact us as soon as possible at Hello@retrocandyco.co.uk. We aim to get orders out fast and if the item has been dispatched to Royal Mail or any other delivery service, we wont be unable to change any orders.

 

Do you ship outside the uk?

At this time, we only deliver within the UK due to the unique characteristics of our products and restrictions on exporting gifts overseas.

 

What can I do if my order is being shipped to the wrong address?


If you need to update your delivery address, please send us an email as soon as possible at hello@retrocandyco.co.uk. We strive to process orders quickly, and once your package is collected by Royal Mail, we unfortunately are unable to modify the address.


How can I track my order?


Once we have Fulfilled your order, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please ensure that you provide your email address during the order placement to receive delivery updates. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out to us at hello@retrocandyco.co.uk.

 

What methods of payment do you take?

We accept all major Visa and debit cards, Master credit and debit, American Express and Apple Pay, Google pay

 

Are any of your sweet hampers gluten free?

Unfortunately we cannot currently guarantee any of our products are gluten free.

 

Can I select a delivery date?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer specific delivery dates.

 

What are the delivery options?

We offer Royal Mail tracked 24 and tracked 48 hour tracked delivery options as-well as Evri 2-4 days and Next day (on orders dispatched before 12pm). DPD delivery is also available.

All free delivery over £20 is sent via Royal mail 48hr
